It’s been over a month since our wedding and people are STILL texting us about what a great time they had,
and I know a large chunk of that is because of you! When I look back at our wedding, I am so thankful that we chose your team to bring the party. During the planning process, you patiently listened to our requests (playing throwback songs for our Bollywood Sangeet night, musical chairs, scavenger hunt, etc). We love how honest you were about which things would work vs. which things needed to be tweaked. Amrit, you were attentive to the floor plan from the beginning, which we only later understood the importance of during our events. It was an ease setting up meetings with you before our wedding week regarding stage, lighting, and order of events. We loved your suggestions for songs to walk into, play during vidai, and for our reception entrances. And for the wedding week itself? OH MY GOD! You guys ROCKED the music during each of our events!! Everyone was raving about the music at the Holi and Sangeet! DJ Amrit, I am most impressed by your ability to read the crowd and keep them engaged. At the Reception, you curated a dance off between the Bride and Groom, which had literally the whole crowd engaged! I keep watching the videos from guests, and I can literally see everyone so engaged! To top it off, you ended the dance off with our entrance song which just kept the hype going. You both went above and beyond with respect to keeping what was important to us in mind. We had specifically curated a list of things we wanted announced at our reception (our audio guest book, our video booth), and you made sure to announce it a few times. Thanks to you, we have a fabulous audiobook of memories! Nikita especially loved how you placed us right next to the cake for guest pictures - you caught on that she loves her pictures!! DJ Amrit, our guests were raving about the MC’ing of the events, and it takes an attentive and talented person to keep the crowd engaged - we thank you SO much for your energy, feedback, and talent. You threw the party of a lifetime. We can’t wait to work with you again!

The music and their professionalism made an impression on everyone who attended. From the Baraat, to the wedding, and finally the cocktail/reception Amrit and his crew kept the whole day flowing effortlessly and all the guests partying like they never partied before! Even at the end of the night it was hard to get off the dance floor. We can't wait for Dj Amrit to DJ our next event!

Best DJ, packed dance floor all night
We hired Amrit & Jamie for our two day multicultural (Indian and Christian) wedding and were blown away by how great they were! Our first day started with an Indian Baraat where we had a Dhol player along with the party van. Amrit did a great job getting the whole crowd pumped up. We had a mix of Indian and American guests and he had everyone dancing and joining in. He helped us pick out songs for the Indian ceremony and they were all great. All of our aunts and uncles were very pleased with our song choices. The second day, we had a Christian ceremony and reception and had Amrit as the DJ and Jamie as the MC. Those two really know how to get a crowd going. Amrit was able to mix in a combination of Bollywood songs and American songs that kept the dance floor packed all night. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my dad dance that much or have that much fun at a wedding. Jamie did a great job keeping the crowd involved and even had my grandma out on the dance floor by the end of the night. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning when talking to Amrit because he was promising a lot but they exceeded all expectations that I had (despite me having very high expectations). From my first conversation, I could tell he just got our vision for what we wanted the night to look like. He also helped us work on our timeline to move things around to make the night flow better. I can’t recommend them enough as they really do a great job at making sure your wedding is the best day of your life.

“Our experience with Amrit and his team was amazing, DNA Sounds was one of the first vendors we booked and Amrit made the whole process so easy to manage, he was always easily accessible and willing to answer all our questions. The week of the wedding Amrit was there to answer all our last minute questions and adjust all our music. The music was the PERFECT
DNA TEAM were really amazing during and before our events. DJ & MC listened to exactly the vibe and type of event we wanted and he far exceeded our expectations. The music was the PERFECT blend of everything we asked for and literally every guest came up to us during the event or in the days after and said this was the best dance party and wedding they ever went to and the DJ was incredible! We got soooo much awesome feedback about the music and the whole atmosphere he helped us to create. We wanted a fun loud dance party and we got it he truly listened to everything we asked and far exceeded our expectations for both of our events, epic job!!!!

My husband and I hired DJ Amrit for our Hindu-American wedding a few weeks ago. We provided minimal input to our reception song list and gave him full control to play whatever he wanted. “We had DJ Amrit and DJ Deep for our Sangeet and wedding reception, respectively. DJ Deep also did the music for our Indian wedding ceremony followed by our Jewish wedding ceremony. Both were fantastic DJs for our events and really helped make them all we could have asked for! We had special requests for music given that we did a combined Indian and Jewish wedding, and they were very accommodating and pulled it off. We would recommend these guys 10/10 to anyone, especially for fusion weddings that blend two cultures/religions. In one word, they were phenomenal!”

“DNA sounds was the perfect choice for our wedding events. We were so pleased with their work during every part of the wedding. From the start, Amrit was very professional, efficient and top of his game. The DJ van during the baraat and the dholi had everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. The music selection for the entire wedding was amazing and the guests praised every second of it. Amrit personally came out and was the DJ at our reception, and no one left the dance floor for a second. Jamie was our MC and we loved how he came to introduce himself to us in our Bridal suite and got everyone in our bridal party pumped up. He was a great sport when he agreed to whip and nae-nae with us and got the all the guests on the floor for it. I cannot wait to see the videos. Amrit and the team are absolutely fantastic. We hired DNA sounds for our wedding weekend in August 2023, and they could not have been better. Amrit was very easy to work with from before the wedding weekend, making sure we were in top of everything, giving us advice on what works well, and working alongside our planner seamlessly. During the wedding weekend, the dance floor was energetic the whole time, which is exactly what we wanted. We gave him playlists with inspiration for the vibe of what we wanted the cocktail hour, sangeet, and reception to be, and he got it perfect. Nearly all the guests also commented on how good the DJ was, which speaks volumes. Cannot recommend enough!

“Initially, I was working with another company, but when they refused to respond in a timely manner, I was told to go speak with Amrit. That was the best decision I could have ever made!! Amrit made me feel comfortable right from the beginning and I knew I was in great hands. When I was unsure of what lighting colors to have, I was told don't worry, and was given recommendations. When I was late in handing in my itinerary, I was told don't worry, it would get done. The night of my mehndi, we ran over the allotted time, and unlike other DJ's that I have seen at other functions, they didn't start packing up or call "last song". They told me not to worry and to enjoy myself, and stayed until the party was over. For my reception, Amrit made sure to talk to my husband and I prior to starting the party, and made us feel comfortable. The dance floor was full the entire night, and he played to a diverse crowd - everything from doing the Horah to the Soul Train line.

Amrit and Sandeep were awesome! We had a multicultural wedding that had 3 different events and required a mix of music that appealed to everyone. We needed indian, american and spanish music, and they did it all. I would recommend them to everyone I know and will book them for all my future events.
